Daisetsu is a yakiniku restaurant, but what makes it stand out is its "wine, vegetables, and meat." Our yakiniku restaurant is known for its homemade natural wine "Tomorrow Wine" from Nagano Prefecture, wines carefully selected by our JSA-certified sommelier Tamura, organic vegetables sourced from all over Japan, and the highest quality Wagyu beef, purchased in its entirety from the Kyoto Meat Market through Moritaya Co., Ltd. We currently operate two stores, the Nagaokakyo main store and the Mukomachi store.
